You have 21 days from the date on our invoice to request an Exchange.
If you wish to get a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order by calling 1-800-698-8277. Your will receive a refund for the returned, unused, merchandise as soon as it has been received by us and it is verified to be in unused condition. The refund will be processed to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

Make sure to wrap up all knives securely so that there is no possibility of the sharp blade tearing through the outer shipping container you use to send them back to us in.
